Insurance Verification

If you want to know your insurance benefits, sometimes it takes up to 48 hours to find out this information from your insurance company, so set your appointment one week from today’s day.

Virtual Appointments

Please, note that Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm are office appointments. Our Treatment Coordinator will guide you and welcome you to the office, take an X-ray, iTero Scan, and pictures for your orthodontics assessment appointment.

Tuesday 3:30 pm to 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 4;30 pm are Virtual Orthodontics Assessment Consultation. These virtual appointments use video conferencing with Dr. Castaneda to discuss your treatment options and assessment results. In addition, the treatment coordinator will present your financial options and insurance information if applicable.
